ChocoMiró’s story is one of passion and dedication to an art. It all begins in 1982, when Chef Santiago Miró first discovers his passion for dessert making from Jacques Pepin.  Shortly after he discovered his passion for fine chocolates.  
Since then, Chef Miró has continuously developed his skills, perfecting his recipes and improving his chocolate-making methods. By keeping abreast of artisan fine chocolate-making techniques, and countless hours of dedication to his trade, Chef Miró pursued his quest to perfection. 
Each one of his recipes has seen dozens of iterations, with the goal of achieving perfectly balanced chocolate confections.
