These refreshing lemon and orange fruit slices are a 100% handmade delicacy created from 100% fruit pulp and a thin sugar coating. To obtain the beautiful colors, each Pâté de Fruit is made layer by layer. Each layer is given time to cool before the next layer is added, for a truly exquisite confectionery.
