The sweet, buttery, crunchy toffee base, white chocolate and a touch of vanilla, reminds me of delicious custard. I love how the mango-ginger fusion excites with fruity sweetness and a bright, summery orange color. Finally, there’s a little extra crunch from our kitchen roasted sesame seeds and lightly salted macadamia nuts plus a spike of rum and spices to fulfill its tropical theme. The name Blondie was inspired by the colors of the ingredients and I’m a blonde, so it felt right.
