Brew Toffee


Toffee and coffee not only rhyme, but they are in perfect harmony with each other. Brew’s novel marriage of savory charms yields a pleasing bouquet and seductive taste that lingers after every bite. I explored several unique dark chocolates before selecting the ideal pairing to the robust coffee I have found. The artisan bean-to-bar dark chocolate made of cacao beans from Bolivia is very rich, enhancing both the coffee and toffee while balancing the hazelnuts and almonds. We use a specific variety of hazelnut that has a subtle sweetness compared to other hazelnuts I’ve tasted. The grand finale—a drizzle of white chocolate—just enough to have cream in your coffee.
