Farm Fromage Cloth Bound is a wonderful “cheddar style” cheese from
Pennsylvania. It’s a three-ring circus in your mouth! Starts out with a hint of fudgy caramel followed by a crystal crunch on your molars. When you think, the best is over there is an explosion of fruity pineapple in the finish.

Farm Fromage Cloth Bound is wonderful on a cheese board, with apples or in mac and cheese. We love it grated into an apple pie crust. Aged 1 to 2 years.
