The ballotin box was created by Jean Neuhaus and his wife Louise Agostini in 1915. It was designed as an attractive way to present the Belgian chocolate pralines and to protect them on their way from the chocolate store to their lucky recipient.

Napoléonette - Delicate milk chocolate with a praliné filling with a hint of fresh coffee. The combination of milk chocolate and coffee is a delectable blend of delicacy and strength.

Napoléonette: The Napoleonette praline is a smooth milk chocolate with a praliné filling. To achieve a rich and tasteful praliné, all nuts are roasted in our chocolate atelier. The filling is finished with a hint of fresh coffee, which brings a delectable blend of delicacy and strength.
Satan: Satan has an intense dark chocolate shell. The praliné filling made of freshly roasted and caramelized hazelnuts is enhanced by crunchy little pieces of hazelnut from the Black Sea coast region.
Coeur Praliné: The smooth texture of this praliné made from California almonds and hazelnuts from the Black Sea region enhances the soft and sweet character of this smooth milk chocolate.
Sapho: The praline Sapho is a wonderful combination of delicate milk chocolate and a smooth praliné made from California almonds that are roasted in our chocolate atelier. The roasted almonds give the praliné filling in this chocolate its exquisite and perfectly balanced flavor.
Figaro Dark: The Figaro praline is a wonderful combination of dark chocolate and a smooth praliné made from hazelnuts from the Black Sea coast region. The hazelnuts are roasted in our chocolate atelier by a Master Roaster and they give the praliné its exquisite and perfectly balanced flavor.
Prestige: The Prestige chocolate offers the simplicity of a traditional pale caramel combined with the sweetness of milk chocolate.
