Farm at Doe Run - This one-of-a-kind takes on a tome de tarentaise made with cow’s milk and a lovely salt content.  Lactic, aged, rustic, a nice mineral note, just simply amazing.  A barrel of fun that is aged in two different caves on the farm.  Sliceable and show-stopping.  Aged for 4+ months.
