Gluhwein brings to mind the German & Austriaian favorite Christmas drink of spiced mulled wine. Made of Dark chocolate ganache with a blended red wine, cinnamon, cloves and oranges.
Fun Fact: Gluhwein means "Glow Wine" derived from the red hot irons used to heat the wine across Germany to be shipped.
