The family of "Manon" pralines is believed to be named after Suzanne, daughter of Jean Neuhaus. Suzanne Neuhaus was a well known opera singer. In 1942, she achieved fame in the role of "Manon Lescaut" in the famous opera "Manon" written by Jules Massenet. This milk chocolate Manon is a perfect blend of light butter cream with praliné, enriched with caramelized hazelnut pieces and the sweetness of milk chocolate. The airy sensation of the cream and the original nutty note of the hazelnuts are a surprising combination.
